We also utilize the latest MDR 2000 Rheometer. Our standard Laboratory test procedures measure all the conventional
Physical Properties of the Elastomers used. In addition for the high technology field of Fuser and Pressure rollers we focus on the following:

- Cross-Link Density Testing
- Thermal Conductivity Testing
- Rubber-Metal Adhesion Testing
- PFA Sleeve to Rubber Adhesion Testing

With this knowledge 7-SIGMA can engineer Fuser and Pressure rollers for the most severe and demanding applications. We design and develop rollers for:
- The High Speed Continuous Feed Printer Market (up to 350ppm);
- High Speed B/W Sheet Fed Printers (70-100+ppm)
- The Growing FULL-COLOR Market.
We utilize Thermally Conductive LIM products incorporating both non-conductive and conductive thin-wall PFA sleeves.
